We take pride in truly being a community museum, open to all community residents and visitors. Consistent with this spirit, we do not charge admission. We rely on the support of generous donors and contributions to help us keep our doors open and accessible to all visitors regardless of their ability to pay.

All year round, we offer docent-led group tours of our grounds, permanent and temporary exhibitions. All groups of 10 or more must complete this form. All group tours or field trips must be scheduled 7 business days in advance. We cannot accommodate groups of 50+ at one time. Two separate time slots must be reserved for groups of 50+. Join professional guide and local resident, Eduardo Arocho, on a walk through the picturesque Humboldt Park community, which has been home to Chicago’s Puerto Rican community since the 1960s. This thought-provoking tour explores the history of the iconic West Side neighborhood through the public art proudly displayed along the six blocks of Division Street known as Paseo Boricua. Learn about the history, culture, art and the historic Puerto Rican flags of steel, the gateway to the community.
